Her penthouse is located inside the Spears Building, which is a former 19th-century manufacturing plant that was later turned into a 6-story loft condominium.The New York Post reported that the stunning property offers a view of the Manhattan skyline and features modern architecture and interior design. Spanning 4,022 square feet, the property features a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
