Those detained included CJP leader Abhijit Dipke, former chief ministers, opposition leaders, student activists, lawyers and YouTuber Dhruv Rathee.Despite heavy security deployment, barricades and restrictions on movement across central Delhi, some groups of protesters attempted to reach the designated protest site.
